  2. OH Walking Lunge
  3. Toe Taps
  4. Shuttle + 1 each round

 

  1. Curl 2 Press
  2. Calf Raises
  3. Cross Leg Crunch
  4. 5 Burpees each round

 

Finisher: OS Mt Climb – Twists – Penguins
