WOD: Card Game (Partners) 

  1. Partner 1 runs to grab a card. Partner 2 waits. Both 1 and 2 complete the movement. Then switch. 
  1. Reps = Number on Card // Movement = Suit of card 
  1. Hearts = BF Situps 
  1. Diamonds = Leg Lifts 
  1. Spades = Mt Climbers Right + Left = 1 
  1. Clubs = Jumping Jack – Plank Jack 
  1. Aces = 5 Burpess 
  1. Jack – Queen – King = 20 reps 
  1. Joker = Full Lap
